Wheel hop after poly trans mount

I just realized I am getting a LOT of wheel hop. I never noticed it or had any with a stock transmission mount, but I broke it at the track a couple weeks ago. I replaced it with an ES poly mount. Now the car wheelhops BAD in first. Could this be a pinion angle issue? I was thinking that maybe the mount is shorter or taller than the stock mount and now the pinion angle is off a degree or two, causing the wheelhop. All suspension is stock, except a poly torque arm mount.

Re: Wheel hop after poly trans mount

Poly mount is usually higher than a factory rubber one. Driveline angle should be slightly different now.
