High 16s. Been there, done that. If you have a 5-speed and you're a good driver you might be able to manage a 16.4 or so from a stock car.

 

Best time with my wife's bone stock '95 Camaro V-6 5 speed was a 16.562 @ 82.95 mph with the engine at full operating temp. Air was: 76*, 73% RH, 29.76 barometer. Obviously with better air and a cooler engine it would have easily ran a 16.4 and maybe a high 16.3. Just my $0.05
