Last weekend was the last race for us as the weather is getting colder and the points are closed out. We won two rounds by running our dial with reaction times in the .510s. The third round we lost on a double break out by .0014 sec. Now it is tiime to put the car away and hopfully if the deal goes through get wrenching on the next set of mods...New Dart Aluminum Heads to replace the old GM cast iron heads.

 

I didn't race points this year due to lack of time. I did, however, go out with a bang. I went down to an old-timers race the end of September and went to the final. Unfortunately we hit curfew, so they didn't run the final - I think I would have rather lost the race!!

Next year will be minimal for me again but at the end of the summer I'll have the time to get started on the Nova to run points in 2004.
