well went to the Toronto F body event, excellent job by the folks from toronto for setting it up!
made it to the 3rd round before breaking out, even though i lifted just before the traps, doh! that might have been my 11.2x run but oh well, lol!
it was difficult getting out of the hole hard, unfortunately there were a couple of bald spots there at the launching pad! probably from the street tired cars. lets just say every run i was spinning hard! i didi also muster a new 60' p.b. with little tires of a 1.56.
i actually ran my 16x26x11.5" et streets, spent the first part of the day dialing in the suspension. but then elims started and i had to wait till later before I could do any more adjusting. got one more run in at the end of the day which actually was a 11.32, and surprisingly i yanked the front wheels of the ground, not much, but about an inch or two. with the little et streets on i think that is some what an accomplishment, lmao!!!!!
there is more room to improve on the suspension for the small et streets, i just ran out fo time to do any more adjusting to the suspension, i had a blast made 9 passes, put her on the trailer and called it a day! thanks to Rob for crew chiefing, and da wife for filming! and Dave for the translator, that made a huge difference for me.
i think i need to borrow a set of 15x26x15 et streets to see what she will do!

thanks guys! i really thought i had a better shot at it than the results yesterday. i guess if i could've mustered a mid 1.4x 60' then a high eleven teen might have been possible. no biggie, look forward to some cooler weather and a sticker launch pad.
besides i like the bottle better

threadedtire,
thanks, i can't believe that my car is someone else's goal, lol!!!! i still think there is a better time in her yet, i just need traction or 26" drags mounted on 15" wheels. that would make the difference for me.
i hope to run her on motor one more time this year!
