I know about not going through the waterbox and such, any tips on setting up the car? Tire psi and such?

just pull it up on the converter as far as you can ( with out breaking the tires loose ) and play with your luanch from there.

As for just ricers staging with their rear's. Sometimes you just dont see those double yellows flash when you roll through them the first time

Most of all have fun and if it's your very first time dont worry about your proformance, getting better just takes practice

Let the tech guys know it is your first time.
Ask questions. There are no stupid questions.
Have a good time.
As a very general rule of thumb, 20-24 PSI in the rears works for me on street tires. I usually put about 40 pounds in the front. Bring shoe polish, helmet, wear your seatbelt and keep your window up. I usually launch off idle. When the second yellow bulb comes on, floor it.
