Talking Cracked high 14s

Bunch of my buddies went to HRP sunday so I decided to roll out there, it was real cold and I was on street tires. No matter what I did the best sixty I got was a 2.4 on a 14.6 run. Car trapped 98 mph. I didnt take any weight out, still had spare tire and jack in, I was on 17s as well. Before this on just drag radials, 17s up front I was doing steady 8.7s in the 1/8 with 1.9 sixtys. Any case some car wrecked and it took HRP an hour and half to clean it all up, so we all got rain checks. Next weekend should be in the 40s but I'll be on skinnies and drag radials with some weight out. Just goes to show, drag racing is all about sixty foots.

I wouldnt worry about it - cold weather, stock tires, dat 3200 stall, with steet night track prep, and you aint gonna go nowhere fast...

Screw the DR's - Lets throw my compucar plate on it, fit the rear fer Joes slicks, and see if we can get the front wheels off the ground (or your rear end all over the starting line - whichever comes first )

Not a chance in hell of hooking in cold weather. I would love to run in some cold temps though, never ran with temps less than upper 80's.

I tried doing a good burn out and flashing the stall but even then it just wanted to get side ways.
