The capacity to pull the front wheels is dependent on a ton of things, all of which need to work together, including shocks, tire choice, gear choice, weight transfer, etc. It's not easy. Considering where you're at with your car you've got a bit of a road ahead of you. Good luck!

a long road for sure !!! if you had to put a dollar amount on this what would it be ( ball park )
chances are my car will never do that but sometimes dreams come true sure does look fun!!
I have only been to a drag strip a handful of times don't know about any rules but can a driver
take a passenger down the tack??

Bolton cars with enough gear and stall can pop the tires up but they can't keep it up and lose traction when the nose falls very quickly.
I see the obvious jokes.
Some guys get lucky, my car will pull the frontend off the ground with street tires on front(weight) but I have very little in suspension, monroe shocks on front Bilsteins in back. Nothing adjustable in my suspension except airlift bags in back, just dumb luck that it works as well as it does. Well that and 28x10.50" ET Drags on 10" wide rims 4.10s 3800stall.

Some hillbilly tracks will let you take a passenger as long as you're over a certain ET but most tracks are solo only.

I know Great Lakes Dragaway allows passengers in cars 13.5 and slower same ET break where you need to start wearing a helmet.
In a mid 11 second car that means lifting before the 1/8th and coasting the rest of the way or getting on the brakes early.

that's good news for me because the track that i go to is a back woods track maybe I
can buy a ride in a rocket ship!! assuming someone has a passenger seat
you said that some bolt on cars can pull the front tires off the ground for a short time
i have saved the money for a 3000 stall converter and installation going to cost me $800
you guys talk about adjustable suspension what is that traction bars ?? i know that i have a long
road to go and a lot to learn

Byron Dragway in IL has a wheelstand contest in the fall - There is usually some coverage in the magazines on the yearly event - pay attention to what goes on there and you will learn what it takes to get your car up. Oh, and getting it up is only half the battle, you got to get it down again, safely, as in not smashing your headers and oil pan or wrecking some other stuff.

Re: how to do a wheel stand 101 ????
I to was once like this, wanting to do big wheelstands, and now the old saying comes to mind, be careful what you ask for! I was doing wheelstands for 100ft tripping the 60ft beams with the back tire, then one day it just went to high and I had to blip the throttle to try and get it back down easy. No such luck, when it came down it bend the steering and I couldn't turn, it was a mess.
Now I do all I can to keep the front down, adj shocks on stiff, pull timing, and just recently travel limiters. If I can keep the front down to about waist high I'll be tickled.

You mean like this, drive to and from track with it(100-130 miles one way)you must accept compromises though, but the car now has 120,000 on the clock!!
