I was just wonderind if anyone from this board is planning on attending the Spring Shootout in March in Texas?

 

I will be there doing some testing hopefully But Ill be at the N vs S shoot out for sure.

 

I'll be at the North vs South race in Bowling Green. I'll be bracket racing 'cause I'm so slow.

 

I plan on making the shoot out in march

 

We'll be at the race in March, running Extreme Street.

We'll have the heads fixed by then and a MadMan tuned suspension.. I'm looking to drop a full second off the times we ran @ the thunder shootout. (10.22 @ 120mph- aborted pass before the 1000' mark) The car wouldn't rev, something about 20# boost and intake valves not closing



I won't be able to go to the Race in May, but I'd love to run there. I think I could be REAL contender in their Pure Street class


I'll be back at the thunder shootout in November for sure.


I'm also going on the Hot Rod Power Tour, Woodward Dream Cruise, Cruisin the Coast and the Bristol Bash, not to mention the NMCA and PRO racing that gets South of the Mason Dixon...

It's fun having a car that's done... finally!

 

The Hot Rod and I will be at all three events in 2003.

To soon to say what classes I will be running in but most people know that I will run in the Bracket Races.

 

Im job hunting so I dont know what it will be like when these races roll around but Im planning on the north vs. south shootout and the thunder shootout.

Plus non ls1tech events like the Clash of the Titans races in texas.

maybe 1 or 2 of those.

 

Will be there hopefully with car in tow....

Won't be at Spring Break (too far to drive and probably not ready) and won't be @ BG(Power Tour).

The Gathering (???)
Power Tour (June)
TA Nationals (Aug)
Woodward (Aug)
F-Body Birthday (Sept)
Bristol Bash (Oct)
Thunder Shootout (Nov)

I'm sure some other good ones will pop up too.


...and of course the usual NMCA local events like Memphis, Indy and of course STL.

 

I'm gonna do my best to hit EVERY event of this type around the country next year!!!
