Anyone ever try this?
I have the stock TB elbow with the "Donkey Dong" replaced with a plug and a Moroso CAI. Has anyone ever tried bypassing the airfilter by removing the plug or donky dong? If so, did it do anything?

IIRC(been a while since I've had a stock LT1 intake duct), letting air in through the donkey dong would put unmetered air into the intake tract(doesn't pass through the MAF). That's a VERY bad thing and I would've recommend it at all. It would make the car very lean.
