60' to 1/4 mile correllation question.
60' to 1/4 mile correllation question.
At the risk of oversimplifying this question...
If your ET numbers are higher than your 60' times would imply they should be, what is going on?
Actual Numbers:
60' = 1.85-ish
1/4 = right around 14.00 (Best of 13.998 @ 95.648mph)
MPH = 95.5-ish
Is this a heavy car phenomenon (~4500lb with driver) or is it a gearing issue?
FWIW, this is on 26x10 M/T ET Drags with what felt like a fairly decent hook.

Are you sure you aren't having fuel problems at the top end?

No, I'm not sure.
I think I'll send out the heads this winter, and do a Walbro 255 swap.
Plus some dyno tuning.
I wasn't planning on doing anything with the motor this winter, but I feel like there's a lot left in the car; if I look for it.
