What gears and transmission (auto or standard)? Also, rear tires will be a big issue on hooking-up at the track.

im pretty sure theyre stock gears and its a standard and the tires are bg g-force sports, and last time i went i ran a 14.1@99.6 and i had the ac on or would that not make a difference, but i read poeples times and theyre in the mid 13s and have about the same stuff i do so maby theres something wrong and i launched at 3k.

I have similar mods to yo and I ran a 13.90 at 102mph last year. Granted thats with an M6 and a 2.3 60'.

I wouldn't be suprised if you got close to 13.9 or 13.8. I left alot on the table with my awful 60' so I imagine with a good launch and that mph you could reach 13.9's.

13.5-13.7. Gotta hook, then you'd be down below me. Well, I guess if ya got rid of that chokemaster.

Depends on location, altitude, and a great many other factors. I was running 13.5-13.6 with headers and cold air with an M6 in decent air and 1.8-1.9 sixty foot times at 100-101 mph...

Clutch technique depends very much on the situation. On a "perfect track", with good tires, strong rear, and everything else in good condition you should be able to drop it and go.

However, things are usually not "perfect".

So for the 99% of the time things are not perfect I usually recommend a very shallow stage when going for best ET. Just barely light the stage bulb and make sure to line up in the groove.

The clutch should be a quick release and time your launch so you are revving up when the third bulb comes on. I found with a vehicle relatively stock that engaging around 1500 rpms seems to bring the best balance of traction and launch in an average track. With excellent conditions you can go higher and I have engaged as high as 4000 on an IHRA event prepped track way back when my car was modified similiar to yours but you run a much higher risk of breakage when you launch that high.

The 1-2 and 2-3 powershifts are also important and 4th not as much.
