What are some tuning tips for Stock then a Hotcam,bolt on car? 2 part question..
O.K 2 part questions here...
What are some things to modify in the PCM to make more power with a stock 94 LT1..car only has CAI,free mods,and 3.42 gears so far.But next week i am doing hotcam,1.6 RR,Mac headers/Y-pipe,and Hooker catback..Just want to play around with Tunercat while it's stock to get a feel for it..I have used a few different styles of tuners before,but never Tunercat till now..Would rather learn the basics now,then when i start doing the other stuff i will have an idea of the basics that need to be changed..
Now when i do put the Mac headers,Hooker catback,and Hotcam in the car.
What needs to be changed in the PCM for this to work right? will it be rich or lean with the 24# injectors? i am thinking of going to 30# inj just to be safe if i need them..
