I was looking into buying everything that I would need to edit my eprom chip. I'm getting a little confused because it seems like theres so many different choices. I want to be able to log data and write to the chip. So I would need some data logging program and a tuner cat...but what would I need to write to the eprom?? If you could give me any links that would be great. Thanks.

A friend of mine has an 86 fbody with a L98 with a TBI fuel system. Would we be able to use the same programmer but we would just need different .bin files right?? I wasnt able to find a TBI system on tunercats site. Would we be able to take his .bin file off the chip that he has now and just edit that one, or would we need a stock one??
