ok i think i have something here. i found a few dyno sheets of stock cars (94s and 95s) and the seem to hit peak TQ @ around 4500 rpm.
so w/ the TunerCat AFR "WOT AFR = 14.7 / (1 + %Change vs Cool/100 + %Change vs RPM/100)"
and excel i ran some numbers and got this.. i want 12.6:1 to peak TQ and 12.8:1 after that.

so here is the Calculated PE Table..

RPM %Change AFR
400 0.8 12.59
800 0.8 12.59
1200 0.8 12.59
1600 0.8 12.59
2000 0.8 12.59
2400 0.8 12.59
2800 0.8 12.59
3200 0.8 12.59
3600 0.8 12.59
4000 0.8 12.59
4400 0.8 12.59
4800 -1.2 12.80
5200 -1.2 12.80
5600 -1.2 12.80
6000 -1.2 12.80
6400 -1.2 12.80
6800 2.7 12.38

so would it be safe/ok to use the values above on a stock car??

IF your AFR is correct in PE mode, yes that would be "OK". Personally, I run mine richer for day to day running, but that is just because during the summer we have such damn hot air, my car is more likely to knock with a AFR as high as that.

However, unless you either calibrate your MAF or dyno tune with a wideband, you have no idea if these numbers are correct when you in fact go into PE mode.
