What does this thing do besides add teh ignition cutoff revlimiter? Is it any different tuning with one of these than without?

It amplifies your spark and turns it into a multi spark; meaning it fires more than once. This is suppose to help combustion process.
No tuning is required.

The only difference I know is the internal rev limiter. They have a T version that has the option for a plug in rev limiter. The A version has no provision for a rev limiter.
