What's the difference between the STANDARD tuning and the EXPERT tuning for LT1Edit?
What other options are worthwhile when ordering LT1Edit.
I'm interested in doing my own tuning, but i dont want to blow up PCMs left and right.

The differences are listed on the LT1_edit website. From what I can tell you definately want the expert version.

There is an alternative though, another program. Tunercat, you can get that info here www.tunercat.com . I have it and so do several others. Tunercat allows all the changes that LT1_edit does but is not VIN locked and is cheaper. Personal preferences though.

If you are going to get into programming, subscribe to the mailing lists and READ READ READ. Also the guys here are VERY knowledgable and helpful. Do not be afraid to ask questions, most importantly listen!!

Good luck and I hope this helpd a little.
