97 LT1 Pcm in 95?

Re: 97 LT1 Pcm in 95?
The 97 PCM will work with the 95 engine. You will have unused connections that will produce codes, unless they are tuned out - after-cat O2 sensors, crankshaft position sensor, EVAP vacuum detection switch come to mind. The 97 PCM will require you to install a (100Kohm) 96/97 knock sensor in the 95 (which has a 4.4Kohm sensor).

May be some issues with wiring the DLC connector - not sure.

What the 97 PCM is not compatible with, if your 95 has an auto trans, is the 95 version of the 4L60E. While both use a pulse width modulated converter lockup, the internal components are not compatible.
