okey I have a nice laptop and was wanting to get an interface cable to hook up to my car so I could see whats making my car hesitate when its warmed up.. that way I wouldn't be taking so many shots in the dark. The problem is my car got a new computer put into it because my old one burnt out.. so I was wondering if they would have put the original year computer back in it.. I havea 94 z28..

and where do I get the programs/how much do they cost?

 

They most likely put the '94 version of OBD 1 PCM program back in there. Regarding the rest, you can do a search as your questions have come up many times before.
