Datalog help needed

I'm trying to record a datalog but when I try to record it says PCM not found. (Datamaster)
Also when I try to communicate with Winflash it says no response from PCM. I checked both wires from the PCM to the data port under dash for continuity and they are good.
About a month ago I programmed my tune with Winflash without any problems.
I also checked the ALDL cable and it's ok. I'm stumped and need help.
Car is a 95 Z28 lt1

Re: Datalog help needed

While I review and interpret Datamaster files all the time, I have no experience in actually running the system - I ditched the stock PCM 14 years ago. But based on previous posts, it sound like you may have a comm port error.

Their Datamaster manual may address this, but I just looked a the TTS Power Systems website, and when I clicked on the link to download the .pdf file of the manual, I got an error message. Were you able to download the manual?

GaryDoug is the expert.... might want to try sending him a PM.

How did you check the cable? What make is the cable? Does it have any lights on it? If so, do you see any flashing when you turn on the ignition?

BTW, the email notifications for me rarely work here, so I may not notice any PM's, although you can try.

Also, here is the correct link to the manual: http://www.ttspowersystems.com/downl...32man_v400.pdf

It started working again. Still don't know what the problem was but it's working for now.
