CAGS questions

CAGS questions

how can i program the CAGS out of my system? i have a skip shift eliminator, and want to program the CAGS out so i can get rid of the eliminator. i also want to get rid of the annoying skip shift light without cutting and splicing wires.

Just raise the enable temp to some crazy high number.
If you have TunerCat its called "Minimum coolant Temp to enable CARS" CARS stands for Computer Aided Ratio Selection.

Same thing just a different name.

i don't have that table with my programmer....any other ones?
i have:
park position vs coolant temp
kick down up/down shifts
normal up/down shifts
torque convertor release
torque converter engage
and a bunch of line pressure tables

Its on the ECM Constants Table in TunerCat.
Its a little over half way down on the Constants table.
If you have TunerCat let me know...I'll send you some screen shoots of the program.
