Anyone have idea how knock correlates to power loss?

Anyone have any stats or rough guide as to how much knock retard relates to power loss.
I have jet /tunercat so can make my knock zero if I want or any number in between full and zero.
But am curious how much roughly would lose for power at stay 12,10,8,6,4,2.
I am thinking if its not much to set it at like 4 max and then at least have some idea if its happenning or not. I have bad phantom knock problem though and recently just took out all part throttle and burst knock. I have left the wot at about 4 from about 40000 up.
I have put in 94 octane and still saw knock. I have not widbanded the car yet though. Not sure if it will read properly if put my wideband sensor in after cat position for tuning. Hear its only off like .1 from before the cat. Can anyone tell me if thats true.

I would think you would want to put in higher octane than 94, you should be running at least 93 all the time.

Umm not sure how can do that. Highest octane in my city is 92 gasohol 10% and 91 octane non gasohol. We have a new station with 94 gasohol 10% but its not open yet.
