Is the AFR X 10 file used along with the (2) %Change tables to calc PE???
I thought the AFR x 10 table is used along with the two %Change tables to calc the WOT PE. Do you just use 14.7 as a hard number and calc using the two %Change for WOT PE? I mean the AFR table inplies its used for Open Loop.

Hal, I don't know much about TunerCat but it looks like you adjust AFR the same way as you do w/LT1edit. Here's a link to a TunerCat specific forum that I ran across a while back. Maybe you already knew about it.I can e-mail you a spreadsheet of how I change AFR too if you like.

I guess I used the AFR x10 table when it should not be used at all. WOT uses just %Change tables for power enrichment.
What messed me up was thinking %TPS (Low Cool) was allowing it to go into WOT as low as 66% throttle which would allow a MAP of less then 100. But now I see only High Cool is used when over the minimum temp for closed loop set in the constant table. Thanks for all the help from everyone on this. Hal |
Thats the open loop table, PE should be based on a % of what is current, which for most people is closed loop (and closed loop does affect WOT calculations).
