Newbie to PCM issues:

I have a '94Z with a transplanted low mileage '93TA engine. The PCM and intake from the 94Z were swapped over. Have been unable to get it started. I've checked for spark and fuel - have fuel pressure but no spark at coil, to coil, or from the opti. Could this be related to PCM control of these functions?

I used Scan9495 with OBD1 cable but pulled no codes - battery has been disconnected for several days. Have communication but without being able to start the engine I can't determine what might be going on. I went through the Actuators and didn't find any that failed to be enabled. I saved one Comm log file but I definitely don't know how to read or interpret it.

Can anyone point me in a direction to get this resolved? Like I said, I am a total newb to this stuff, but I want to learn as much as I can so I can do my own PCM tuning (I recently downloaded the TunerPro-RT software and can't wait to use it).
