I have an 00 v6 automatic, and im swapping in an 00 ls1 automatic. I have everything out of the car, engine gets here wednesday. I need to know what i will have to change on my body harness for everything to work. Can someone please help me out here? im completely lost and have no resources to use. Any diagrams you can provide me with of the 00 v6 would be great. the ls1 diagrams are all over. Or if you know what i will need to change, please inform me. Thank you very much.

I did this with a 94 V6 and 93 LT1. Yours should be pretty straight forward since you're using the same year for everything but I can't scream it loud enough that you need to go and pick up a Helm manual for the V8 car of your year. This will become your bible.
