Would take very little time and effort to make this car look and drive better than when it was new.

Havent had the time to use the car, dont really want to sell it but would rather have it go to someone that will take care of it instead of having it keep sitting.
Anyone have any suggestions what it might be worth.
Depending on what it might be worth may make up my mind on selling it or let it sit for a couple more years and get collector plates.
