Angry Someone hit my camaro!!!!!!!!!

Man this really sucks.... anyway... has anyone done any body work on an 80? I can replace the door and the front fender no problem with new ones, but the spot behind the door is dented in pretty good. ( behind the door...... You can see the metal folded over! ) If I have it prof. fixed would you be able to tell it was in an accident??
Thanks for all your input.

ok breathe slowly and relax now it's not that bad, most body shops should be able to fix it with only a patch panel and as far as being able to tell that depends on the painter so i suggest you find a good body shop to look at it.

A good body man can fix that, no problem. In fact, I don't think it needs a panel replacement, from what I can see in the pics. That is if you can find someone who can actually work metal, and not some guy who slams on the filler. After working the dent out and shrinking the metal back down, that should only require a thin coat of filler to smooth it out. If it's prep'd right, painted by a good painter, the repair should be completely unnoticeable.
