difference in 250 and 292 chevy i-6

in a 67 chevy pickup. trying to stay with the inline 6 and looking to upgrade to a 292 for a little more power. the motors got an offy intake and header and i would like to know if i can re use those, and also, engine mount wise are they the same? same bellhousing for the tranny? id appreciate any help :)

should be the same bell housing. my 250's th350 bolted right up to my 350. Not sure one what would interchange though since the last 250 i saw had an integrated intake & manifold.
