Is there something wrong with your current subframe? You don't need to swap subframes to get disc brakes.

To answer your question, the Nova subframes from 68-? (not sure when) do bolt in, not sure about a four door unit. Should be the same.

I think FatMan makes a subframe that is narrower to allow fatter tires and also has tubular control arms.

You could also check our Martz Chasis - for custom front subframes.

68-74 Nova, Astre, Apollo... or 67-69 camaro or firebird will interchange
There are quite a few aftermarket builders you have bolt in front frames that use late model or mustang suspension components

Nova subframes

'68-'72 Nova used the same subframe that '67-'69 camaro used. nova changed body slightly in '73-'74 ,but subframe should be the same. '75 - up Nova is different, but I'm not sure how much.

I am actually looking to get rid my subframe - I had it sandblasted and powder coated black - it is in very good shape. In addition, I also have the upper and lower control arms (sandblasted and powdercoated) with new ball joints and poly-urtheane bushings pressed on - never used. Let me know if you are interested.
