The car has a few bumps and bruises. Typical door dings at the rear quarters, just a couple. A few small scratches here and there. There is a small dent in the hood, from a rock on the highway no doubt. There are a small amount paint cracks at the front and rear bumper covers. Nothing major. Passenger side ground effect took a hit and is slightly coming away from car. Does not look bad. The wheels have some pitting in the chrome. Interior is in great shape except for the famous driver side seat bolster area. The Monsoon stereo system is working but there are a couple of blown speakers.

Overall the car is in good condition, it looks good, runs perfect and has been babied by me since I bought it back in November of 1997 w/ 5000 miles on it. If your looking for a car that has never been abused, never been hacked up, adult owned and driven, this is it. The original paint still looks above average except for the small stuff I described before. The car was originally titled by GM as a GM executive program car driven by GM execs.in Detroit. Dealers would buy them at GM auctions. Back in 1997 this was known as a Brass Hat Special.

4500 cash. Car is in New Market Maryland near Frederick. A suburb of DC and Baltimore. glenndog63@comcast.net Low ballers lets not waste each others time.

Re: 1997 Trans Am for sale

Would love to get it, however I need to move either my V6 '96 Firebird ($1k will do it) which runs and drives great or '97 T/A which needs head pulled and valve replaced. I have no time for these now, but if you can help me with that I'll buy yours, seriously. BTW, your car looks great!

Nice ride for sure. This car has been well taken care of. I wish I had room for this car to mod. Why are you selling it Glen?
