#1039 1997 CAMARO SS BLACK 6 SPEED $8300 OBO
Im located in Michigan.
The car has 105,000 on body but drivetrain has been all changed. I have over 20k in this car and i know i won't get it out but i dont wanna part it out, its to nice of a car. Heads/cam moter and complete drivetrain.Car has never been in a wreck and is stored winters. I did all the modifications about 18k ago, while engine was out i repainted engine bay and polished alot of aluminum under hood. You can eat off the engine and underneath of car. NO RUST anywhere. I have orginal running motor and factoy parts still for car. The car has been dyno tuned and put 371 RWHP, 347 RWTQ. I just put a new AC pump and fresh charge last season.

INTERIOR
I had the center console, kick panels, rear sail panels, and trunk panels wrapped in leather and stiched professionally. Really makes the car feel nice inside. The drivers side seat as the normal wear but the other seats are like new. White faced gauges, C6 corvette ****

Exterior
I have had both bumpers and hood repainted (since these cars pick up so many rock chips) The paint work was done by the MSX internationals Paint shop manager. This company painted all the GM International auto show cars for several years as well as producing most of the body parts for the first Vipers.

Am I really that far out of line with price? Craigslist has a few cars with 30-50k more miles on them going for about 8k. I will give all the extra stock parts with the car as well. Rims, suspension, motor etc. make some fair offers guys

Would it pass emissions if a catalytic converter was put on it?
Im in northern Va and there pretty strict with cats on car.

Beautiful car, ive seen it in person at some point. This thread is pretty much the reason i haven't sold my z28 for a corvette . I couldnt see taking less than that for mine and yours is way nicer!

Thanks guys-- Ive decided to not sell the car... Just been thinking about it over the last week and its just not worth getting rid of for what i would get for it. 30k including price of car. I guess i will drop another 2-3k in it this summer LOL

Thats where i remembered you from! Man if it was that long ago that was when i thought i had 4.10s because my stock tach was that far off! Turns out my car has had original 3.42s all along... Somehow theyre still holding up to all the abuse of my speed shifting, which is the only reason i havent gear swapped it!

Nice talkin to you again too! By the way i hang out on woodward quite a bit on weekends if youre ever down that way, mt clemens isnt what it used to be unfortunately
