Re: system for 94 camaro

I have an Alpine head unit (the 9847), four Kenwood speakers (Pioneers are very good also, IMO), a Rockford Fosgate amp and two 10" MTX subs.

The subs and amp were in the car when I bought it.

I'm happy with what I have; it sounds good and clear and there's no distortion at a high volume. The head unit has the features you'd need if you have subs and an amp, and my subs hit hard and sound awesome.

Re: system for 94 camaro

i'm not sure if you have t-tops or not on your camaro, but i do and didn't want to give up the space. so a friend and i built a box for 2 8" subs that fit directly behind the rear seats and doesn't sacrifice your t-top storage area or your rear visibility at all.

i'm running a....
sony xplod deck (cdx-f7715x....mp3,xm,am,fm etc) $169 ebay
kicker 6.5" 2005 model in the doors (bought for $100 at local shop, $34 ebay )
pioneer in the back seats ($60 at walmart)
boston where the stock bose should be (left over from old civic)
two 8" kicker comp cvr 2005 model ($150 at local shop for two, $100 on ebay )
600w lightning audio amp (made by rockford fosgate )($100 at walmart)

if you want to see it, check page 5 on my cardomain (in my sig.)

Hey, I have a 94 with T-Tops. If i wanted to install a box, where would i put it without interferring with the t-top storage? when i look behind my rear seats, its just a block. can you elaborate?
