What's your budget for the subs and an amp or amps to drive them?

Then we can make some recommendations...

I just spent $1300 on 2 subs and 2 amps... I'll probably spend another $400 on install accessories... this also does not include the cost of the fiberglass for the box...

You want something like this? Probably not from the question you answered... Give us a budget, and we can come up with a couple good sounding options for you without breaking your wallet.

Ok... What type of car?

What other equipment is already installed or do you want installed? Are you looking for a complete system or just a set of subwoofers?

Build an enclosure, or use a pre-built?

That budget can get you either a set of killer subs with all the stuff to install it, but if you're looking for a complete system, that's still going to be a pretty good system if you're doing the install/build yourself.

For a starter, I'd suggest the Adire series of speakers, Brahma MKII subs, and their Koda fronts. You're probably going to need a custom box or buy one of their suggested ones... For a HU (If you need one), I'd suggest looking at Alpine (They are one of the few that I recommend), and the Hifonics Amps, they make a good product for a good price.

I'm upgrading to 2 10" Brahma MKII's, each on a Hifonics BX1500D amp. I'm currently running and replacing 2 Kicker s12L7's powered by an Audiobahn A2200HCX. The 2 10" Brahma's will sound better, and be louder than the 2 12" Kickers...

I would also suggest looking into the Resonant Engineering XXX and Elemential Designs A-Series. These subs wil blow your mind... in both sound quality and SPL.

i'll add the ID max v3, Magnum D2, Orion H2 and the wgti to ur list of subs that wang... ;)
