Stereo Question

Hey I went to install my new panasonic deck today and since i have the bose system, I had to buy the adapter for the stock amp.
This one

And when I go to play a cd it will not kick on any of the speakers or amp. When I turn on the radio I hear a click that turns all the speakers on. So I was wondering how I get it to engage the amps and ect for the cd player.

are you sure you dont have the amp turn on wire connected to the antenna power wire? some decks will come with 2 remote turn-on's, 1 for antenna and 1 for amps. And some of the decks when you use the antenna wire when you switch from Tuner to CD it shuts power to the wire to lower your antenna because the antenna isnt needed for cd playback.

I second that... look for a wire coming off the deck that says "P Cont" or something similar. Most decks it is a blue wire with a white stripe.
