i installed at circuit city for quite some time sounds like ur cage either isnt locking against the HU mounting kit, or the headunit isnt locking into the cage

Sounds like the two side locking tabs are bent out not catching the radio. THis may sound redneck to some but when you take the whole radio out (kit and all) to fix the tab problem take some ducktape and after clicking the radio in the cage run one wrap around the radio half on cage and half overlapping radio you will never have this problem again. As a matter of fact it keeps someone from just using keys and stealing your radio. Like I said it sounds redneck but works great for those who have similar problems or have to use a cage that didn't come with radio. Screw work as well but sometimes you have to slot the cage.
