Infinity speakers

I want to replace my OEM Bose speakers with Infinity ones. I've been told Bose speakers have individual amps and run at a weird impedance. Can anyone tell me the right way to replace these speakers?? I'll be keeping the OEM headunit.
Individual harnesses? Splice?

As always thanks all!!

It cannot be done. In order to run different speakers, you must replace the head unit (CD player) and rewire all your speakers. Its a pain. The Bose head unit does not have a built in amp, therefor it will not power aftermarket speakers. You cannot wire the infinitys to the speaker amps because you will blow the instantly.
