It looks like that unit has a built in FM transmitter. It will work with your factory unit. Although audio quality won't be as good as a hard wired unit.

So I should buy a separate Fm transmitter?

I did a little more reading on that unit on the Crutchfield Website

They state it has a built in wireless FM transmitter, or it can be wired to your radio's FM antenna jack. The best quality you will get with out having to buy any extra parts is by wiring it to the FM jack. Many people find this option to sound good enough.

It comes with a FM direct adapter that hooks up to the antenna already.
