Help with MTX sub setup

Hey I have an old MTX Thunder 6152 kicking around and I want to use it in my Camaro. I've never used an amp in a stereo system before so would this sub work with it?

Do you think it will sound any good with this amp or is it a lame amp? I'm just looking to add a bit of bass to my system, dont need to bump the trunk off.
