head unit install kit ('01 Z28 -> '95 Z28)

I bought a head unit with an attached install kit off of a buddy of mine who had it in his 01' Z28. Looking at the install kit, it seems that it's the wrong one to fit my '95 Z28. Do I need a different one in order to make a snug fit?

The 93-96 model camaros use a different stereo dash kit then the 97and up models. Your local autozone/pepboys/bestbuy/circuit city/stereo shop should have the proper one.
