My dad wants to put an 8 track player in his 94 F-150. I am not going to argue this point with him b/c he is kind of set on it. Can it be done? I would think it would wire right up, right? He wants to keep his regular HU in there and mount the 8 track on the underside of the dash. Should he have any problems?

 

You know I thought about doing that to my Z....put a really badass stereo in it...and put my dad's old 8-track player in it...just for laughs hahahaha....ummm as far as hooking it up.. if you was replacing the HU then all you would need is the wiring harness so you wouldn't screw up the factory wiring...but ummm I guess if you know which wires to tap into for the speakers I guess it should work don't really see why not...just tell him not to run them at the same time...shouldn't hurt anything if he did...but better he didn't...don't want to overload the speakers..
