Challenger poll.
Happy CLEAN?
Just wanted to say that unlike Camaro and Mustang which have had decades to evolve, there has only ever been one Challenger (besides the one from Mitsu), from 1970 to 1974.
What else would a modern Challenger look like, if it didn't pickup where the last Challenger left off?

Re: Challenger poll.
I voted that it's very retro, but I like it. I think if the front end of the car was a little taller like in the rendering, then the car would be about perfect. But I think I might like the 2 door Charger concept a bit more.
Re: Challenger poll.
i like it. it would definetley be something i'd cross-shop if i wasn't thrilled with the 5th gen.
the original Challenger design looked good, i think it ends up being more of a risk for Chrysler if the tried changing it. look how the enthusiasts took the new Charger.

Re: Challenger poll.
I like what Ive seen of the Challenger alot . I wont be buying one , but I love old school muscle cars wrapped around modern technology . Like the new Mustang , it looks tough and its bristling with character . Imagine a black one in SRT trim , it may equal the street presence of GNX .
Re: Challenger poll.
Ahhh...I think it looks too retro personally, same with the Stangs. This one, imo, basically looks almost the exact same as the old ones. Not saying I don't want anything from the past, but why bring everything? If you ask me, I've already seen the body style, I want something that still looks like a Challenger without re-doing the past.
Of course, if you ask me whether I think this or the Charger is better, no doubt the 2 fewer doors and better looking front on the Challenger draw me to it easily (along with the sports car appearance, unlike the boxy 300C appearance).

I don't know how to vote in this poll, because I think the new Challenger is way too retro for my liking, but I don't believe that a fresh design should have no links to it's past.
Re: Challenger poll.
I would be disappointed if GM brought back a classic that is nearly identical to the car they introduced in the 70s... there's nothing to get excited about... we've seen it all before.

...It does look pretty good though
