Focus ST in the wild

Caught this on the highway last night on 475 in Toledo OH

2013 Fusion was driving behind it, though the Fusion looked a little less finished with unpainted bumpers.

Edit: Not sure if you can tell, it had manufacturers plates on it but I didn't see a bunch of computers hooked up to it like a test mule.

Re: Focus ST in the wild

I really hope Ford does well with this car, it's facing some stiff competition.

That is kind of like saying that Ford should have skipped the GT and just offered the V6 and GT500 models.

Looks really sharp. Seeing cool new cars with Manufacturers plates is a bonus of living in this area.

I remember seeing a Volt parked at a bar years ago with Manufacturers plates, and it was covered it all kinds of camouflage.

ah, I didn't realize there was a $15,000 price difference between the two. (At least in European pricing converted to USD)

Still, I think the ST needs a little bit more wow. Although, compared to other hot hatches, I think this one will sell to the techies, not so much HP junkies. I got to sit in one, and the recaros are probably the best of any I've ever sat in. Really nice interior overall actually.
