2013 Buick Verano T: It Stands For Turbo, But It's Silent

I bet that car moves out pretty damn good.

It's still a fairly heavy vehicle. I bet the Regal GS is much more fun to drive and the GS is still pretty slow.

I don't understand, whose the target market for this car?

Me, I am the target market for this car. I am getting this when it comes out.

It's only about 500 pounds more than a Cobalt SS and with equal torque at lower RPM (260 at 1700 vs. 260 at 2000) and a six speed manual with no-lift shift, I think their acceleration numbers will prove conservative.

I'd guess it won't handle as well as a Regal GS, but will probably handily beat one in a straight line...

I agree with this. I also am happy that it will be available in an automatic, which means I can get the car (wife can't drive a stick) and I need 4 doors for kids. This car couldn't get here soon enough for me.
