Maybe things can work out so I could go. I always have enjoyed the museum, the plant, and Bowling Green hospitality.

Just so you guys know the "Invasion" name was my idea....

I feel giddy like a school girl...never came up with a name for an event before...

He's right....Branden, for the life of me, I couldn't remember WHO suggested Invasion......but it's a good name...all those LT1s and LS1s and other V8s rumbling down the streets and roads around B/G........

That show is always the week of the UT vs. Florida game. I got tickets this year too! Decisions, decisions.

Is there a website with some info on this event? I was telling my uncle about this event last year and he couldn't find anything about it. He has a 68 convertable he shows some and was wanting to attend.

 

I will be there, yet again. Haven't missed one yet! If anybody wants to get together for food or something just let me know. I'll probably be there with my cohorts from MTFBA.

 

I saw this posted in the Lounge first, but I figured I'd respond again anyway. This year I think all CZ8.com members shot wear some sort of identification so that we will recognize each other. I went last year and two board members were in the background of one of my pictures but I didn't know what they looked like at the time so I had no idea. I just hope I can go again.

I been the past 2 years its alot of fun, but I have still never met anybody from the board. I agree with the above post I think we should have some way to identify that way we can notice each other, and then get together.

Red Planet, are you bringing anything special this year. I am sure you will have some C6s there, how about a '05 GTO if they have any ready?

If all goes as planned I'll be there this year. I was super ticked I couldnt make it last year. Sounds like alot of fun plus its a great way to meet some peeps on the board, and see some sweet Camaros and Firebirds as well.

Also dont forget 3800's with cat-backs (because thats the only way you can hear a 3800 "rumble")

 

For anyone who hasn't been, I went last year and it was COMPLETELY worth the 2,200 miles on the Z. I want to go very, very badly again this year but am still unsure, as $$$ is really tight having just bought my house. That same vacation time can be used for, oh, I don't know...stripping wallpaper???

I highly recommend the trip to ANYONE who loves F bods. I hope to make it again this year...if the 3rd quarter bonus is good, you'll see me there

 

Maybe wear CZ28.com T-shirts with our SN's spray painted on?
