2011 Chevrolet Captiva

I like the Equinox better. Of course the Captiva is 7 passenger. It gets the same gas engines as the Equinox plus a 2.2L diesel.

Dang. One of those with the 2.2L, 184hp turbodiesel would kick *** for the wife to drive.

Re: 2011 Chevrolet Captiva

great more grill branding.. I thought Chevy's logo was the bowtie not a upper and lower mouth grill.

I think it looks nice and the engine options which include diesels is great. Too bad it will never come over to US shores.

I see some Volvo in the headlights. The grille isn't horrible, but I don't think I've yet seen an application where the Chevy "face" looks really good anyhow. Some themes weren't meant to be, perhaps.

Re: 2011 Chevrolet Captiva

I actually really like it. The name is even kinda cool.

To me it looks like a Vue with a Chevy Uplander Grill.

Are there any pics/names/thoughts of a GMC version?

No, it definitely resembles an Outlander/EVO from the front. I like it though. I'd drive it. Would love to see the deisel make it over here.

No GMC version. Unless you want to count the smaller GMC Terrain which it is somewhat related to.
