Yes, it will fit. I think you might have to do something special for the LED 3rd brake light in that car though.

It should be a direct plug in play. It was fo mine. I have heard that some ars need a resistor wired in to them but mine did not.

you have a 97... for a 94 you need a resistor. I did it on my 94...
