"berger panel" is actually sort of slang, cause the berger camaros had theirs painted black, so it sorta caught on.. its actually like "Rear center finishing trim" or something along those lines... not that it matters now that you have the part number though :)

It is called the rear taillight filler panel.

I've heard Berger panel and Beauty panel.
