Smoke Headlight covers??

Im trying to completely blackout my car and of course I need smoke covers for my lights are GT Styling headlight/taillight covers any good or should I look for different type? Does anyone have them? If so can you post a picture with them on? Thanks

I had a pair of those when I first got my car and you cannot see ANYTHING at night. It is way too dark to drive safely at night with them on. I would recommend not getting them.

I agree. You cannot see anything and have to rely on your foglights at night. I do, like the above poster, have an Lt1 style front end however. Here is a picture I found:

I heard blacked out (and even just smoked) headlights and taillights are illegal in all 50 states, but most cops don't care enough to pull you over.

What type of covers are in that picture?

From my experience, most smoked headlight covers are the same, but these are GTS smoked headlight covers which you can get here:

I have had them on my car, on front back, and front turn signals. On the headlights you cant see anything at night time. The tail lights with covers tend to warp the lights. I currently have my tail lights and front turn signals sprayed with VHT Night Shade. There are pics on my cardomain of it
