Wink Shaving To The Nitty Gritty

Hey, once I get my new rims, I plan on shaving my car. I plan to do some body work. Tell me if this is possible. And please, please, please, (if you know) give me an estimate on labor (I'm not looking for an exact price, just something to think about before I get an estimate from the shop). Oh yes, post some pics if anyone has some of this (CamaroCasinova, hint hint). This is a 4th gen camaro

Shave door handles
Ground effects molded into body
Shave antena
Mold in Supra Tailights (where can I get some?)
Shave liscence plate on rear bumper and relocate it on left side of bumper (slanted at 45 degrees)
Mold NSX air ducts in front of rear tire well (12 Height, 9.5 Width, 4.5 depth, Is this possible?)

Just throw out a price for labor alone, I got everything else on lock down
God Bless and Thank You

Where did you relocate the fuel filler, I've been cosidering this, but I'm not sure where I'd put the stupid thing if I shaved the fuel filler door.

Hey man, just curious... your sig says "Japan, get your rice out of my country"

And yet you want Acura NSX air ducts ? And Toyota Supra taillights ? And a 45 Degree License plate ?

What's wrong with this picture ?

hey yeah i agree bondo wouldnt be the wat to go just throwing that stuff in there. i plan on doing the same to my door handles but what im doing is taking a piece of SMC which is what are doors are made of then going to use pannel bonding adhisive to glue it to the back of the door then use some smc body filler to smooth it out and you set.

Well, Acura is "Made in the USA"... but thats besides the point

Yes, real quick, you can do what you want but man, please dont do the license plate thing, thats just not going to look good at all

I have heard that shaving on our cars, because of the curves of the body and because they are fiberglass, its very hard to get it molded correctly and to actually have it last. I have heard many horror stories of cracking and "expanding" after even a few months. Bottomline, it will cost a lot to do and probably cost a lot to maintain (repairs) It looks great, you just have to have the money.

Wasn't going to say anything, but man, the generic term of "RICE". All they're doing is the same thing that's been done for decades, their modding thier cars appearance, I wouldn't care if a chopped dropped and shave Merc have a little straight six, cause the car would look sweet. Alot of em look at it the same way.
I agree, the 45 deg license plate will look really bad, but that just my opinion, and it doesn't really matter sense it's your car.

If the work is done well, with the right materials you shouldn't have much maintanance on it.

Sooooo, any suggestions on the whole relocation of fuel filler?

Ha ha,
What I find funny... is the SAME person generalizing japanese with "RICE", and then wanting NSX air ducts and supra taillights...

If it was just someone wanting that stuff customized, it wouldn't be funny, just expensive. But his SIG makes it expensive and hilarious....

I will officially use the on that one. Acura is a division of Honda....like Lincoln to Ford. THere are Honda Civics assembled in America.....but they are not "American" cars. Might as well call us a bunch of CAnadians....after all the CAmaro was assembled there. Anyhow, no offense met.......that's just one of my pet peeves.
