If you have a TON of tar and bugs, try spraying some WD-40 on the spots before you wipe them off. The only problem I found by doing this is, you then need to clean off the oil from the WD-40. But a little car detailer from mothers, or Zaino works well for that.
Coincedentally, WD-40 also works well for removing cunks of rubber after doing some track runs on slicks, or a big burnout. BTW, you might consider moving this to the show and shine forum instead of the appearance section. |
