Re: Post a pic of the most amazing 4th gen you've seen
You're probably going to need to spend a few hours on here searching "headlight covers" and looking at old posts. I know for a fact I've discussed headlight covers in this section, but it was probably back in 2005 or earlier.
One topic we talked a lot about that stuff was a headlight topic started by Call911, but I don't think we specifically talked about that type you like. I just remember there were two main types: the type that fit in the bucket, and the type that fit around the bucket.
I'd say "watch ebay for some" but how likely are you to find a used set? Not too likely I don't think.

Michigan has some of the nicest 4th gens around IMO. Helps having GM, and Berger here. Even with the new 5th gen, we have one of the worst economies in the country and we are in the top 5 Camaro sales each month. lol

I like breaking my own rules for this topic. Check out this awesome picture taken in 1988 in New Mexico of Camaros and Firebirds on a truck. Photo was taken by PAcarhauler on flickr.
I love old photos.
A shot in California, unknown year.
Another California shot, late 80s, early 90s
These pictures a much larger than the forum is resizing them. Check them out in full size if you know how. If not, save them, then view them.
1989 Firebirds.
1981 Corvettes
His pictures are incredible. http://www.flickr.com/photos/carhaul/page7/

Some other pictures I haven't posted that were cool.
Camaro race car.
I saw this same Camaro when I was in California on vacation, obviously their shot came out better than mine.
This is still my favorite shot of all time. I hope to someday find out who took the photo and if a bigger size exists or if there are more photos from this event.
Good shot.

This is my favorite LT1 T/A of all time. I want the exact same look but with black Grand Sport stripes and some different rims, maybe OE Wheels C6 Z06 replicas in black.
Excuse the crappy photoshop but this is the final plan for my T/A. This is exactly what I want it to look like.
